Many people choose to celebrate their loved one’s life by requesting donations instead of flowers or gifts at their funeral or memorial service. Friends and family can show their love and respect by supporting our cause, and making a lasting difference in their name.
Share memories
Please post your memories of your loved one and their relationship to Tools for Self Reliance on our social media. If you tag us in we can share your loved one’s story and celebrate their life.
Leave a gift in your Will

If you choose to make a collection, please follow the steps above to make the donation to Tools for Self Reliance. We would very much appreciate if you could let us know the person this gift is commemorating by sending us an email on info@tfsr.org
Funeral directors often help you collect all gifts and send them through to Tools for Self Reliance. If these are made by cash, the funeral director will sometimes bank them and issue a cheque for the total amount, which can then be sent to us.
